View Full Version : Account not upgraded to premium after a week, email ignored

Hi,

On the 7th, a week ago, I upgraded to premium. Despite being logged onto the site at the time it was not instant as it was said it would be. The day after when it was still not updated I sent an email to support@warcraftmovies.com, and this has not yet been answered, about a week later.

I've checked my email spam folder for a reply. I received a confirmation email saying that my account has been upgraded etc as soon as I paid, or shortly after, but as I said it's still not upgraded.

Could anyone please look into this? :\ it's really annoying having to wait this long and not even get a reply.

From the UK and paid using PayPal, btw.

The email support@warcraftmovies.com doesn't exist, please email contact@warcraftmovies.com for all account related issues or visit http://www.warcraftmovies.com/contact.php and fill out the form according to the issue.

Maybe http://www.warcraftmovies.com/contact.php needs to be changed.... not a great idea having a invalid email listed on the support page, imo :/

support@warcraftmovies.com exists and works but the mail might have got stuck in the filter, we're working with your premium update now.

Same problem here...the magic 7.... :mrgreen:

i upgraded on the 7th of july, filled out the form a while after but "accidenty" in german...
i got a pm from gedan "please in english" , i did it in english -> no reply, no mail, no premium.
some days later i wrote an email -> nothing happened :(

Nazrat: I solved the "error" in your Premium profile log. Thanks for reporting the issue. I am currently looking into the other problem you had.

I had the same problem, i posted a movie with a WCM promo clip, i didnt have premium neither
