Movie Rejected: Bad Format

Hello Mods of mmorpgforum, i'm just dropping in to inquire about my video that was rejected yesterday.

The email reads:

"The movie you submitted was not approved because:

Bad file format."

I'm not sure what I did wrong with the video, and I have uploaded it to Filefront and Google Vid, so if any of you can help me fix this problem, I'd be very grateful.

What file extension was your movie in (ex:avi, mpg, mov)?

Umm i'm not completely sure, but I believe it is a .avi file.

When I check the properties, it says "Type of File: Windows Media Audio/Video File"

If you know how to check I'll get back to that as soon as I can. :D

I'm not entirely sure why that would be reported as such, but make sure that the normal issues are not the case such as, a/v quality and possible glitches throughout the playback and then re-upload it and see what happens again.

Well, Valamir, I've tried what you suggested and I got approved when I reuploaded it!

I've gotten approval and now I'm just waiting for it to be released.

Maybe it was a simple upload error. I always feel two tries is worth it.
