I participated, but didn't make it to the final, although I think my video was pretty good.

I was wondering if I'm allowed to upload it to WCM yet, since I didn't make it to the final?

I'm in the same boat. My understanding per the rules are: No. While the contest is still going on, the videos are not to be posted elsewhere.

THOUGH, I hardly expect anyone to follow up on it. There were a lot of other rules that were bent. ;) But after the 30th it looks to me like we'd be free and clear to post where we'd like.
