no extra premium for 1000 downloads?

My patchwerk movie had promo material in it (I got a free week) and got 1000 downloads in first week.

1126 downloads in 2.5 days, my extra month didn't activate :(.

Also, it's got a 5.0 rating atm. What causes movies to kick over into the "top rated this week" section? I'll be pretty disappointed if it doesn't get a bit of exposure, because I put a lot of work into editing it, and getting some humour in. It's also a helpful movie; some of the people in my guild that just couldn't do heigan watched it and then "got it".

After exactly 7 days after the movie has been published you will get your extra month. Your account should have 8 days of premium from the day the movie was published so you will have premium non stop for 5 weeks. at least this is the intention :) Let me know if you have not gotten your upgrade after these 7 days.

To get on the top rated this week you need 10 ratings during the last 7 days. This is to get a good representative average.

I will also bring your movie up on the staff meeting tomorrow. I will investigate if we can put it up in the "Spotlight".
