WCM Upload Movie is down

Topic says itself.

I submitted a movie, and when i got to step 2/2, i choosed to click upload, and my internet explorer freezed. I shut it down and opened my movie from the home page (it looks like this on my pc: 1 + 1), and clicked on upload. Same happened.

UPDATE:
Its working now, but i cant upload a picture. Then it wont get in spotlight?

Pictures have to be smaller than 50kb, and yes you need a picture for the spotlight if movie is eligible for it.

Damn, that might have reason i didnt have spotlight it were bugged. I wont be able to upload a picture?
