View Full Version : WCM logo, but no premium?

I added a video with the WCM logo, and an E-Mail I got said I should be getting premium status for 1 week now. Though, the movie is on the site now I still do not have premium status.

Does this take a while or is it bugged for me?

I submitted two videos, one of them had more than 5000 downloads at one day. Didnt have 2 weeks premiun and 1 month extra neither

Can anybody around here tell me whats so special about premium? No joking, I mean that as a serious question.
I had this one week premium some time ago, and the only thing that I found nice about it, is that there are no more ads. All the other gimmicks didn't really shake me. So my opinion about premium at the moment is the Rhett Butler one: "Frankly, my dear, I don't give a damn."
So, what is so special about premium.Did I miss something?

No, I have no idea where you extrapolated that from. I was answering Dwârv's question. Your issue can only be handled by an Admin. They will help you as soon as they possibly can.

I have let them know at least by 4 different methods including directly talking to them. They may be just trying to work on it seeing that their area is going through rolling blackouts.

I am really sorry for the late response Blukkie, I have upgraded your account 1 week + 1 week as a compensation for the wait. Your movie should had been marked as "contains promo" but for some reason it was not.

I got the same problem with my movie, should have got 5 weeks (amirite?) and did not even get an email response yet :s

I do believe that if you are already a premium member the premium time gets added instantly to your time, but if you aren't already a premium it might have to be done manually.

PM Uzbeki or Gedan.

It might all be manual, otherwise people could just say they have the promo material but they don't really to get some free premium.
