hi...

i only want to know if my video is already uploaded ...i got an e mail that it is uploaded. but i uploaded it at night (2 days ago) and when i come back there was an error msg that the server could not be found...so do you have it already or shall i upload again? movie : SiC 'N' StrikE III.

I can find your movie, but it seems that the upload is broken since it's not the full filesize that you specified.

we have recently changed the uploader which should be more reliable than the one used before.
I'm afraid you'll have to upload the movie one more time

sry , but your new uploader is the biggest crap i 've ever seen..every time i try to upload i get an error msg at 2-3% "error:400 bad request" and the uploader freezes the browser and nothing else can be done...

am i too stupid for it or what? it doesn't make fun any more.

and btw ...it is not possible to make a new try for uploading in the -submit movie screen- because there is only the old uploader linked.

i added a filefront link for a mirror...but i really dont' want to wait another week for the movie to upload because i uploaded more than 26 h to your servers (2 times for 100 %) ..

any solution?

What browser are you using? Any javascript blocking software (ad blockers, anti-spyware etc)?

i use the t-online browser 6.0 and only the mcafee security center...had no problems with any upload before...

Try a different browser,
users with Firefox 2 or Internet Explorer 6+ have not reported any problems so far

Where are you reading the ETA?
Did you try a more common browser?

i read the ETA in my profil at the -my movies-page -unreleased movies-. status: uploaded , will soon be approved ; ETA : 13 hours # 15 ....so i want to know if it is already there before i try another browser for upload the whole thing for 13 h again.

It's not on the list,
however you mentioned you had a filefront link, if you add this link as a mirror to your movie, it will automaticly get downloaded by our server for moderation.

This could save you some time if you don't want to try a different browser

i tried IE 7.0 and there is not even an error msg, the browser just freezes at 1% and no reponse from the uploader at all...

i'm really excited to see what happens when the "uploaded. awaiting moderator" status is over (in 7,5 h)...respectivly, what is uploaded at all^^...

however , when there is nothing at all i will destroy something cuz it is just frustrating...........i wasted nearly a whole week for nothing.

plz upload the f*cking movie asap from the filefront link i added..i really hope u have at least this one (can u check this plz?).............thx.

I have a similar issue.

I have uploaded the movie and added the promo in it
Status Publish ETA Upload

Filename: Owro.wmv
Title: Owro
Status: Awaiting download or upload.
Publish ETA: ~22 days

22 days when it said about 48 hours if I added the promo and uploaded. It started at 16 days.
This can not be right can it?

I wrote a rounded up number of the file size but is it actually used for something and have to be exact? I rather not wait 22 days to find that out.

I did not receive an email regarding the completion of upload. This is the second time I uploaded since I the first time managed to press the delete button. I did not know what it was and pressed it by mistake.

Should I upload it again? It was about 15 hours ago since I uploaded it. At least the upload button works now. Yesterday it did not. Now I am at work and can not try uploading again.

Hello, i have a same problem i think. I uploaded movie "Mirrari2". It finished upload then i got "waiting for download/upload" as status. Can you check if i should just wait few hours or ~34 days as it says in Publish ETA? :)

The "awaiting upload" status should now be working again the next time you upload a movie.

If your upload didn't drop with an error your movie should be listed for approval by a movie moderator. The status bug was related to the change of upload server

Don't mean to be a pain in the arse but my original movie is still awaiting moderation after three days, while my newest creation is giving me the dreaded "awaiting upload/ download" message.

Yep, your movie is fine.
turns out my movie apparently wasnt ok. in the unapproved movies i get the following message:

Rejected. Reason will be mailed.

however, i have not received any email regarding this. is this also a bug with the new uploader system, or is there an error in my movie?
i have not done anything different from all my other movies, which have gotten approved without problem.

I believe you should have a message in your inbox on the main site. Please check that, if there isn't one there you may want to check with your email provider to make sure that they do not block any emails from *@warcraftmovies.com.

dont see how this particular email would be filtered out, when i can receive all other emails from warcraftmovies without any problems at all.

anyway, now i got a message at warcraftmovies saying that the movie was deleted cause it already existed in the database.
"We already have that movie in our database"

i only uploaded it once, and no one else has made a movie called IronEdge-Kaelthas_pov-Devlin.wmv

Did you have a FileFront mirror and upload it? If so, that would most likely be the cause. Our system automatically grabs the FileFront mirror.

yes the file is uploaded to filefront aswell as to warcraftmovies 3 times. still says awaiting upload.

edit: removed the filefront link now, gonna try uploading the movie to wcm again

Sunday Union Vs. Archimonde (ArchimondeWarcraft as the filename) was originally given a movie ID and shown in the approved premium section awaiting a public link but has now mysteriously vanished after 2 days in there and my status page shows "Awaiting upload/ download" and i have no emails or pms to clarify the issue.

Any chance of this being looked into please?^^
