Hello Guys,

At first please note that I already PM'ed Uzbeki about this and he didn't respond to my second PM several days ago.

My movie ( http://www.warcraftmovies.com/movieview.php?id=44690 ) reached over 5000 downloads in the first week and got approved with a WCM promo in it - but I did not get premium time for my account :/

Happens all the time, all you can do is wait.

Or PM Gedan, he is an admin too and might be able to help

perhaps baloo, it could be a tech issue.

Taken care of! Sorry about the delay. :( What happend was your movie not properly tagged as having a promo. When this happens we have to manually upgrade the account.

When you upload your movie, you have a choice whether or not your movie has a promo clip in it or not. If you don't see this/don't know what it means you may put no by accident.

When the movies are uploaded and are ready to be reviewed by the Movie Moderators, it will tell the Movie Moderators whether or not it has promo material in it depending on what you put. If the Movie Moderator watches it and it doesn't have promo material in it but you said it does, they click a button and it doesn't give you your premium. But if they watch it and it does have a promo clip in it, but you said it doesn't, the Movie Moderator has to click the button to say that it does in fact have promo material in it.

Sometimes the Movie Moderators can forget about this and it slips away.

If its there you should get premium, anything else is human error.

Alot of the times the movie moderators select more than one (up to 15) movies that they download and watch all in one. And then after they have watched them they accept/reject and fix things up. They can sometimes forget about the promo material since it isn't a big issue.

If you put promo material in a movie and did not receive premium you should PM one of the admins on WCM and they will sort it out.
