Double send on PM - bug?

Whenever I PM someone it sends them my message twice. I've sent multiple different msges and only press 'submit' once, it goes through right away but then in my inbox under 'sent' it shows my message got sent twice. Usually this is a case if the page doesn't load after pressing 'send' and someone refreshes/spams the 'send' button but it isn't that way here; I press send once, it goes through immediately without problems, but it sends it twice? Some kind of bug in the PM system?

We are launching a new PM system soon. This bug will hopefully be resolved with it.
