How many DLs to get the premium bonus?

Hey guys, i remember awhile back there was the whole premium reward bonus if you included a WCM clip and got "X" amount of DLs in a week.

i cant remember the value and id like it if someone could refresh my memory. that way i stop thinking i reached the goal lol.
