How to get torrent?

So, I've uploaded a movie which is in the publishing queue. I've included a promo clip so atm I'm a premium member. Now, how do I use the torrent service? Do I have to upload my movie on a torrent site or is wcm the torrent site itself? ie. they host it.

We make the torrents. They last for two weeks and are wiped from the face of the earth after that. You can also make your own torrent but that isn't always dependable.
