WCM Livestream, how?

How do I get a livestream on my movie? Do I have to upload it through youtube/google video or something? Tried google video but the quality and the timing got so f*cked up that I deleted it. Maybe that was because I uploaded it in it's full version (800x600, 266Mb).. anyone who's pro at this? Help!

Well, are you using the Desktop Uploader from Video Google, or just the normal way?
If you do it the normal way, you have to cut your file down to 100MB, or else it won't work.

Livestream on our server is used for movies that are viewed alot, the program detects that and then it starts showing it as WCM livestream only if there is no youtube or google.
