"this movie is already in our database"

I have been waiting in the approval status for about 2 days. It said that it was approved, only had about 9 movies in front of it before my movie was put up live. I had a picture uploaded and i uploaded the actual video to help the process along.

Checked it just before i went to sleep last night, and saw that it was failed. My inbox had a message saying it failed because "the movie is already in our database". There is no movie in the WCM database with the name of my movie, and i uploaded it almost as soon as i finished editing, so there's no way that my movie could already have been in the WCM database.

What gives?

I had the same problem
I just uploaded it again with a diferente name (and file name) and I'm in queue now.

Could have just been simple human error or a simple mistake.
